LIME, the Caribbean unit of Cable & Wireless Communications, has selected Comverse to provide managed services for an array of Comverse and non-Comverse products.
Under the five-year managed services agreement, skilled Comverse professionals across LIME geographies will implement a continuous improvement process to ensure service levels are maintained.
They will also help the company to, optimize costs, enhance the subscribers’ experience, accelerate speed to market for promotions/offers and increase operational efficiency based on objective evaluation of KPIs.
Some of the services included are Application Configuration Management for Comverse ONE, managed operations for Comverse ONE in Jamaica and Barbados, and managed operations for Comverse next-generation voicemail.
By applying best practices of preventive maintenance and analysis of events and trends, Comverse will identify opportunities to reduce risk and expand business opportunities.
