Claro, Brazil's third largest mobile operator, has selected Intec to replace its existing mediation systems for both its traditional and next-generation networks, including GSM, GPRS and TDMA.
The Intec convergent mediation solution will process all call detail records for Claro's more than 21 million customers. Benchmarked to process more than 12.8 billion event detail records per day and currently processing more than 1.3 billion records per day for its largest customer, Intec's mediation solution expects to easily scale to meet Claro's needs as it continues to grow its customer base.
