Basset unveils wholesale revenue management platform

Basset has launched a wholesale revenue management platform that helps operators leverage wholesale to profit on infrastructure investments.

Operators are promised high compliance and a low total cost of ownership through the use of a unified suite, where modules and functionalities are harmonized.

The platform handles billing and revenue assurance for interconnect, roaming and wholesale. It promises to enhance profitability through routing optimization, automation of trading and full business reporting.

“There is a necessary on-going trend change towards wholesale,” said Daniel Ölvebrink, manager of wholesale revenue management at Basset. “Telco’s need to have a clear strategy to be able to monetize on each nut and bolt, for every available kilobyte, minute or CPU clock-cycle in their hands.”
