H3G Austria has selected Accanto's Adaptive Customer Service Assurance (CSA) platform to provide centralized monitoring to its growing 3G and NGN network in Austria.
H3G Austria needs to monitor not only the network and services, but how the end-users were actually experiencing the services to ensure further growth and reduce customer churn.
After analyzing multiple approaches, H3G Austria decided to completely upgrade its existing network management system to a full-blown CSA platform.
The H3G Austria deployment marks the eighth major customer win for Accanto in the last 12 months.
