The billing bureau provides billing services for communication service providers in Australia.
It is using FTS’ solutions to provide charging, billing and customer care services.
By employing FTS express in the cloud, the billing bureau can offer carrier-grade solutions to its target audience of smaller communications service providers, which includes ISP, MVNO and VoIP providers.
