Apple may have just unleashed three new products into the tech world, but the vendor isn't done yet, according to Bloomberg.
Sources told the wire service that Apple is planning to unveil the next-generation of iPads in the middle of next month.
Production has started on a new 9.7-inch iPad, the report states. It adds that Apple also appears to be taking the same tack with the iPad as it has with the iPhone, in that it is preparing to launch the largest-screen iPad to date - a 12.9-inch model.
Production of the new 12.9-inch tablets could begin by the first quarter of 2015.
Apple hasn't launched a new iPad for nearly a year, and analyst firms have stated that consumer interest is shifting from the traditional tablet segment towards large-screen smartphones.
Increasing the screen size available with the iPad could help differentiate the table from the new crop of 'phablets'.
