The CSP uses the Redknee Unified product to enhance the experience for over 35 million mobile subscribers.
With Redknee’s integrated charging, billing, policy management and customer care solution, the CSP is able to generate new revenue streams, launch innovative data services faster to the market and enrich the customer experience with personalized offers, real-time notifications and customer self-care.
