A mobile operator in Asia Pacific has renewed Redknee Solutions’ support contract.
The renewed agreement with an acquired customer, worth $4 million, will accelerate the mobile operator’s ability to increase its competitive position and deliver value-added services quickly to the market.
Redknee’s converged billing and customer care solution is enabling the mobile operator to enhance the customer experience of over 10 million mobile subscribers with a range of innovative services, including personalized offers, advanced price plans and tariffs, real-time notifications and customer self-care.
Also, Vipnet Croatia will upgrade to Redknee’s latest version of its real-time charging solution partly in order to gain the agility to cross-sell and upsell across its multi-play services.
With Redknee’s converged solution, Vipnet Croatia will be further enabled to monetize and deploy advanced data services and transform the experience of its customers.
