Aito, Tecnotree form strategic alliance

Aito Technologies and Tecnotree have joined forces to develop and market “product recommendation analytics” tools for mobile operators.

The joint product offering will be based on Aito CEA6, which the company says can detect usage patterns and trends, subscriber preferences, perceived customer experience and network performance, and then use the insight to make concrete service and product recommendations to subscribers.

Aito Technologies CEO Anssi Tauriainen says: “Our partnership with Tecnotree is an important expansion of fulfilling our mission of enabling mobile operators to offer a more personalized and contextual approach for customers. We are now able to bring concrete recommendations directly to a customer, enabling a new way for operators to monetize their data while improving customer intimacy and satisfaction.”

Tecnotree will integrate its Agility Suite into Aito’s CEA, creating the capability to tap into a range of customer behavior data and to turn it into actionable insight to improve campaign targeting and to prioritize customer care bandwidth in real time.

Timo Ahomäki, CTO of Tecnotree, said that gaining a deep understanding of actual customer behavior as it happens “is imperative to being able to manage personalized offers in an ever more complex service landscape.”
