Bayer Leverkusen has launched an investigation about a now-deleted video reportedly showing Nigerian striker Victor Boniface speeding and using his mobile phone while driving just weeks after being involved in a horror 120 mph crash.
Bet With Bet365The Nigerian international player had previously survived a horrible crash with a lorry while on his way to the airport in his luxury Mercedes vehicle but was fortunate to only sustain hand injuries as his car was left completely wrecked weeks back.
The serious collision caused damages amounting to £167,000, with local police indicating that the driver lost control of the Mercedes due to tiredness, skidded into a truck, and was overturned as a result of the collision.

Leverkusen has now issued a statement about the viral video.
“We are looking at the matter and checking it. If the incident is confirmed, we will of course talk to Victor about it as soon as possible. “He not only has a role model function – it is fundamentally about not endangering himself or other people in road traffic.”
