A legal dispute over energy drinks between Logan Paul and Lionel Messi has intensified, potentially leading to a boxing match. The conflict arose when Messi introduced Mas+, which Paul claimed was a knockoff of his PRIME drink. As a result, Messi filed a lawsuit to get a declaratory judgment confirming there was no copying involved. However, Paul then filed a countersuit, claiming Mas+ infringed on Prime's trademark.

Paul humorously suggested he’d drop the case if Messi agreed to a fight in 2025. Now Messi’s bodyguard, Yassine Chueko, has offered to represent the FIFA World Cup champion and eight-time Ballon d’Or winner in the ring.

Messi’s bodyguard, Yassine Cheuko, called for the fight with Paul with an Instagram video.

Chueko said on an Instagram video
“Listen Logan, I’m doing this video because a lot of people they stop me in the streets, they send me message, I get a lot of comments on Instagram about this fight. So now the reverse is broken, there’s no way out. Let’s do the fight for the people. Let’s do it.”

According to La Nacion, Lionel Messi's bodyguard, Yassine Cheuko, is a former United States Army soldier who reportedly served as a Navy SEAL during missions in Afghanistan and Iraq.
