Earlier in 2017, the Instagram model told police she had been raped in a Porsche Cayenne outside the glitzy Marbella nightclub Olivia Valere. She further alleged that Hernandez physically assaulted her during the process, causing her knee injuries by forcibly taking her out of the vehicle.

She said in a newspaper interview back then, "I have proof of the attack, which are on my backside and my knees.

However, further investigation obtained by the police shows the CCTV footage that the model had suffered her knee injuries in an accidental fall outside the nightclub rather than from any alleged assault. They alleged in their indictment Kremleva had acted "maliciously" in accusing Hernandez of raping her as he refused to go home with her after having "consensual" sex in the car.

The judicial scrutiny ultimately ruled there was no evidence a crime had been committed by French international Hernandez. Kremleva ended up being arrested after failed attempts to hand her a court summons. She will face trial on October 28 at a court in Malaga, Costa De Sol.

The AC Milan defender Hernandez was never arrested following the allegation, but he admitted to having sex with Kremleva but claims it was consensual.
