The Dutch manager saw his tenure at Old Trafford end following the Red Devil's worst start to the season and was sacked following a controversial 2-1 defeat to West Ham at the London Stadium. The Dutchman's dismissal was confirmed on October 28, and he immediately returned to the Netherlands to spend time with his family.

On Monday morning, the former United manager was spotted at his favorite restaurant in Hale Village. He was accompanied by his wife, Bianca, to the popular Italian restaurant he frequented during his two-year spell in charge at Manchester. Ten Hag smiled for the cameras as he walked away.

Ten Hag returned to Manchester clashes with new Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim's first training session with the club at the Carrington Stadium. The Portuguese tactician spent time with a handful of first-team players, with the rest away on international duty. Players like Marcus Rashford, Kobbie Mainoo, Casemiro, Luke Shaw, and Leny Yoro all took part in Monday's session.

Since the arrival of Ruben Amorim as the permanent manager in the Manchester United dugout, his first task was the immediate removal of the remaining Ten Hag backroom staff at the club, including the club announcing the dismissal of Interim boss Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

Ruben's first game in charge of Manchester United will be an away clash against newly promoted boys Ipswich on Sunday evening, and then he followed it up with a game against Bodo/Glimt at Old Trafford in the Europa League Phase.
