Kamau Ndirangu

I am Ndirangu Kamau, passionate writer with a not so typical path to sports journalism and writing. I have a major in Electrical Engineering and my writing journey began along the lines of music album reviews and writing on the popular Classico duels as football has been a major influence since I was young. I however got into mixed martial arts and I am a huge fan of Jon Jones.

So, how did an engineering student end up in the world of sports writing? With a better comprehension of sports promotions as a punter myself and how different bookmakers work around it, I feel like an oasis of knowledge about them and I'm glad to be able to share with everyone.

My heart beats red, blue, and yellow for Petro de Luanda SC(BAL Champs 2024). It's wonderful to see how impressive a sports club is when it is well run, and hopefully some day I will replicate it in my country. When not practising and learning more about electrical systems and their adaptation to daily activities or writing about sports, I hoop for fun.
