The two teams that won their groups have already left the championship. On Wednesday, they will be joined by a third. Who will it be, the Olympic or European champions?

Though Italians struggled against the Cubans in the last eight, they left a good impression.
As we said, De Giorgi's team outplayed the Cubans completely on the block, 12-5.
Serve isn't the Italians' weak point, but they rarely have aces in this championship. 13 aces in 13 sets is not a great achievement. Well, given the French service, you can assume that the Italians will be scraping together some points in the quarterfinals as well.
Team France
The French were beaten by Japan in the previous game but managed to pull through. Two of the three extreme forwards in the starting lineup played horribly and poorly. Jean Patry, the opposite hitter, was terrible and had to be replaced already in the second set. N'Gapeth was bad, having made the most faults on the French team. He gave the Japanese six points with his attacks, three with his serves, and all his attempts to play on the block looked comical.
The French got another pronlem, Kevin Tillie got injured, and he was the most effective on the French side. Clevenot took his place, and it was thanks to him that the Japanese earned four of their five aces. Trevor is clearly not the same now as he was a year ago in Tokyo.
Overall, however, France still has decent reception, and the Italians don't have pitchers like Ishikawa. So I think that Italy should win, and there won't be many aces in the match, even in ten sets. TU in aces is, in my opinion, a very promising choice.
Expert Betting Tips
Actually, there can be two bets on aces rather than one – a minus handicap for France will also work if it's not too huge. Well, besides the statistics, the prospect of the Italians reaching the semifinals looks interesting.
