Mark Williams vs Noppon Saengkham Prediction: William’s quality will be the difference

In the meantime, that win was his second in a row, having secured a 6-0 win over Tahir Haris in the International Championship qualifier. However, prior encounters to those victories saw Mark Williams struggle against Judd Trump, Ben Woollaston and Thor Chuan Leong, losing each encounter. Heading into this game, Mark Williams is ranked 7th in the current rankings of the snooker players.

Noppon Saengkham opened his Northern Ireland chapter with a 4-3 win over Thepchaiya Un-Nooh and will now look to get things going. In the meantime, Noppon Saengkham has been inconsistent in recent matches, winning two of his last six games. However, his defeats were against Sijun Yuan, Zak Surety, and Thepchaiya Un-Nooh. While he secured one other win over Jimmy White, the Thai professional snooker player hopes to show his competitiveness, play at the top level, and secure another victory. 

The two players have flaws, but looking at what they can give, I see that Mark Williams is the better player. While Noppon Saengkham has shown a number of strong plays, his performances and how he has struggled makes him a doubt to win this game. While I am not saying Mark Williams will have things easy, the Englishman has yet to show that he is capable of displaying quality performances, and I will back him to win.
