NQ Cowboys vs Cronulla Sharks Prediction: Sharks won’t lose this game

Queensland Country Bank Stadium will host the National Rugby League game between NQ Cowboys and Cronulla Sharks. The two teams are coming off a win and will hope to keep things running. Which team gets a win here?

The NQ Cowboys are coming off a win over Canterbury Bulldogs, which ended 20-18. In that encounter, the NQ Cowboys were behind at the end of halftime, losing 8-12. However, their second-half performance overturned the game, scoring 12 goals while conceding 6. However, NQ Cowboys have won three of their last four games into this, with their lone defeat coming against the Manly Sea Eagles. In the meantime, NQ Cowboys secured wins over Penrith Panthers and Canberra Raiders in other encounters and have now accumulated 24 points from 18 matches, leaving them 8th in the NRL standings. 

The Cronulla Sharks returned to winning ways the previous weekend against Wests Tigers, a 58-6 encounter. However, the earlier games to that win saw this team lose to the Dolphins, Canterbury Bulldogs, and Gold Coast Titans, games that ended 28-30, 15-14, and 16-20. In the meantime, this team had a very decent start to the season, securing a third spot with 28 points from 17 games. 

The Cronulla Sharks have my backing in this game, as I think they will perform well. On the other hand, the NQ Cowboys have stepped up recently, but they are not up to the standard in this game based on their record. The Cronulla Sharks are not at their best, but I feel they have the squad, which should click and give them maximum points.
