Rizvan Kuniev is a Russian and European mixed martial arts champion. In 2021 he won by knockout on Dana White's Contender Series, but for some reason, he did not sign a contract with the UFC. After that, Rizvan did not get upset and received an offer from Khabib Nurmagomedov. He became the champion of Eagle FC, strangling his opponent in the second minute of the fight. He is now on a streak of nine straight victories, six of which he has won early.
Renan Ferreira
Ferreira has fought six times in the PFL, losing only once, and two of his fights never took place. His bout with the legendary Fabricio Werdum, who made his PFL debut and ended his career then, was particularly resonant. Ferreira knocked out Werdum, but the athletic commission found out and proved that Fabricio choked his opponent. He tapped, but the referee didn't notice it. Werdum let his opponent go, but the fight continued.
Ferreira had his previous bout with Ante Delija, who then became the champion, dominating and leaving no chance for his opponent in the final fight. Delija did not leave an opportunity for our Brazilian either. He tortured him with some wrestling and beat him in the parterre by the end of the first round.
Expert Betting Tips
In the PFL, the Brazilian lost only to the future champion, and the bookies underestimated him. Ferreira plays in one of the best leagues in the world for the third year and looks quite decent, but for Rizvan, this will be his debut and, accordingly, the biggest challenge of his career. We think the experience will play a vital role in this contest - Kuniev needs time to adapt, while Ferreira has gone through everything already. As for the skills, they are about equal, and the advantage will go to whoever is better prepared right here and now.
