After triumphing in the FAC promotion, Isaac Dulgarian made his UFC debut last year and had two different fights - last October he knocked out Francis Marshall in the first round, but in his next fight he unexpectedly lost by split decision to Cristian Rodriguez.
The judge's decision was unexpected, to say the least. Judge for yourself - Dulgarian took the first round with an overwhelming advantage (here it would be logical to put it 10-8), he also took the second round (albeit a little less confidently), and gave only the third round (because he was very tired). The fans' reaction to this (and fans from all over the world, primarily American) was extremely harsh, they even demanded to deport Sal D'Amato, the referee who made the most scandalous decision.
It should be noted that Isaac won all his victories early, moreover, all in the first round.
Brendon Marotte
Brendon Marotte made his UFC debut last year and was knocked out by Terrence McKinney as early as the twentieth second of the first round. Consequently, we saw little and his level is difficult to determine, though one would assume it's extremely low (that McKinney has only two wins in his last five fights, one of which was just over Merrroth).
If you look at Marotte's career prior to the UFC, though, you can't find anything outstanding there either. He spent his entire career fighting in localised promotions, with fighters who had poor records and even lost one fight.
Expert Betting Tips
Dulgarian's last performance showed that he's a first-half fighter, and to win he has to just demolish his opponent at the beginning, which he's been brilliant at so far. The interesting thing is that Marotte is exactly the kind of guy who fits Isaac's style perfectly (likes to fight and doesn't defend well). We have little doubt that the Armenian will take his opponent down, and take him down very quickly.
