Qatar Goodwood Race Festival Prediction: Stakes on Omniscient for Winning

The upcoming contest of the Qatar Goodwood Race Festival will feature fourteen horses in the under-aged three category. With many new faces coming in the contest, we have a race to witness where big names like Sheer Rocks, Omniscient, and Caius Chorister will be the main highlight of the run. 

Omniscient has an advantage over the handicapper and comes from a stable with a strike rate close to 50%. Before Sir Mark Prescott took the son of Mukhadram up to Wolverhampton's extended mile and one furlong for his handicap debut at the beginning of the month, the son of Mukhadram had four races over seven furlongs result in in-the-frame performances at Chelmsford City and Salisbury. However, Omniscient made no mistakes over a mile and a quarter at Yarmouth eight days ago, crushing At Liberty by five and a half lengths despite failing to justify its 5-4 favorite status.

The race is expected to be on time, with many new horses making their way to the circuit. The drama, action, and intensity is expected to flow along with the emotions. Going in the race, Omniscient, Sheers Rocks, and Caius Chorister are the primary favorites for finishing in the top three standings.

Harry Davies will look to exhibit total control over his horse, Sheer Rocks, as they take up the race post in the upcoming fixture. Going in the contest, Sheer Rocks has won three of its six flat race and Rules Races events. With a best RPR of 93 on Flat Turf, Sheer Rocks will be very confident of winning. 

Caius Chorister last sprinted on 14 July 2022 and managed to cover the distance of 1meter and 4 feet in 65 seconds. His record on flat turf is exceptionally convincing as he has won 4 of the 4 flat turf events with the best RPR of 89. 

It will be a competitive fixture, with every jockey looking to cross the finish line in time and set a new record. I will be backing Omniscient to win and bag another exciting win.
