Germany vs Italy Prediction: the Germans to Secure Their Fourth Victory

Germany is looking good at the World Cup. The team claimed three wins in four games - 2:1 over Slovakia, 3:2 over France and 1:0 over Denmark. However, they lost once. In the first match of the group stage they suffered defeat against Canada (3:5) - nothing to be shamed about. As for the position of the Black-red-yellows in the standings of Group A, they are third with nine points.  

The Italian national team is struggling for survival. It is right above the relegation zone, having one point more than inferior Kazakhstan. In the previous match, the Italians missed a great opportunity to stick in the standings, losing to France in overtime. Before that, they fell to Switzerland (2:5), Canada (1:6) and Denmark (1:2). 

Italy has very little chance of even a draw. The German team plays on a higher level than their opponent, so we do not think that Italy will fight back. However, it is worth noting that in all four games they scored at least one goal. Based on this, we believe that the Germans will win, but they will not keep their net intact.
