Wydad Casablanca vs JS Soualem Prediction: It’ll not be a walk in the park for the Red Castle

On Thursday, the Red Castle will square off with JS Soulem at the Stade Mohamed V Stadium. The visitors have had a great start to the season but face a tough test ahead of their game against Wydad Casablanca tomorrow.

The Red Castle began their campaign with a disastrous defeat against a robust FUS Rabat team at home. Wydad Casablanca, who were tipped to pick up the maximum points, conceded in the 34th minute as the visitors extended their lead in the 54th minute to cart away all the points. More recently, they recorded a slim (2-3) victory over SC Chabab Mohammedia on the road. A game that was marred with chances at both ends happened to be one of the most entertaining games this season.

Wydad Casablanca have conceded in each of their last five games in all competitions, and it’ll be hard to keep a clean bill here.

JS Soualem are not an easy side to play against, and we expect them to finish strong this season.

Their defence have let them down this campaign, conceding five in just three fixtures. On the other hand, JS Soulem have been good since the beginning of the season, winning their last two games. Of course, the quality of teams are different, but JS Soulem won’t be a walkover for the home team. We would instead focus on goals here, and since three of their last four meetings have produced more than two goals; bet on a total of over 2.5 goals here for 2.00.
