Union Berlin vs Braga Prediction: Betting on a goal exchange

In the fifth round of the Europa League group stage, Union will face Braga in Berlin. Check the team conditions and choose several betting options.

Union hasn't been great in the current Europa League competition. First, they lost twice, but in their two-match clash with Malmo, they managed to secure two 1:0 victories. They helped the Berlin side finish third in Group D. With six points; Union is in an excellent position to qualify for the Europa League playoffs.

Braga is slightly more worthy than Union. Braga secured two wins in their opening two games before facing top-ranked Union. The Portuguese side suffered a 2:1 defeat in the first leg but picked up a point in the second leg (3:3). That's why Braga sits second in Group D with seven points.

Union is considered the favorite to win. But we think Braga will put up a decent fight. The Portuguese side will play attacking football, and the German side will need to match them. The opponents will probably score at least once each, so we'd suggest betting on an exchange of goals or even on the total over.
