Mura vs Tottenham: The Spurs to crush opponent again

Mura have had a terrible showing in the Conference League, failing to pick up a single point in four rounds. The team from Slovenia lost to Vitesse (0-2), Tottenham (1-5), and twice to Rennes (1-2 and 0-1). Consequently, with no points and an abysmal 2-10 overall scoreline, Mura are last in the Group G standings, having lost all chances of making the play-offs.

Tottenham, as a whole, look pretty good in the Conference League - seven points in four games and second place in Group G. They are three points adrift of leading side Rennes, and if they win today, they will have a chance of making it into the last 16. But they shouldn’t relax either. Third-placed Vitesse are just one point off the table. Tottenham, on the other hand, managed to beat Mura (5-1) and Vitesse (3-2), drew with Rennes (2-2), and lost 0-1 to Vitesse.

Tottenham need a win in this meeting to distance themselves from third-placed Vitesse and get closer to first-placed Rennes. It is unlikely that the modest Mura will be able to prevent them from picking up three points. In the first-round match, Spurs crushed their opponent 5-1. Of course, we can’t expect anything like that today, but an ordinary defeat would be fine.
