Juventus vs Benfica Prediction: the Portugal Club to Bring Points from Turin

Juventus are not at all impressive this season. They cannot yet be called a contender for the Scudetto, let alone winning the Champions League. In seven games they have only two victories over modest Sassuolo (3:0) and Spezia (2:0). There were also outright defeats - draws with Sampdoria (0:0) and Salernitana (2:2). In the first leg of the UCL group stage, Juventus lost to PSG 1:2.

Benfica, in turn, has shown incredible results- in 11 matches the team claimed 11 wins! In the Portuguese championship Roger Schmidt's charges earned 18 points in six rounds with a score of 14:3 on aggregate. They also beat two opponents in the Champions League qualifying. In the first round of the gtoup stage, Benfica easily defeated Maccabi Haifa (2:0).

Experts consider Juventus to be the favorite. Sure, Juventus has a higher status and class, but they are not having the best of times right now. Last weekend's tie with Salernita was a bit of a stretch. Benfica, on the other hand, is beating everything they see in their path. We think that bookmakers underestimate the visitors - they can take away at least one point from Turin. Or even all three. Prediction: Benfica won't lose.
