Dinamo Zagreb vs Shkupi Prediction: Betting on Dynamo to win in a low-scoring game

In the first round of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, Dinamo Zagreb will face Shkupi. Check the team conditions and choose several betting options.

Before the start of the season, Dinamo played only two friendlies against Schwendi 79 and Spartak Trnava. In both matches, the future hosts scored three goals each, although Dinamo won the first match without scoring a goal and drew the second. On the ninth of July, Dinamo beat Hajduk for the Croatian Super Cup, and six days later, Dinamo beat Lokomotiv Zagreb (3:2) at home in the Croatian championship.

Shkupi has also had some game practice, and directly in Champions League qualification. They knocked the Gibraltar representatives, the Lincoln Red Imps, out of the tournament. The match played in Macedonia ended in a 3:0 home win, while Lincoln won the game in Gibraltar 2:0. Before this pairing of matches, Shkupi played several friendlies, and the visitors didn't win a single game in this period.

Last season, Dinamo Zagreb reached the playoff round of the Champions League qualifiers, where the Croats lost to Moldova's Sheriff. The Croats eliminated Valur, Omonoia and Legia from the competition. However, the first game against Valur was uneasy for Dinamo. The Balkans won with a score of 3:2, although they were 2:0 up during the game. Shkupi is inferior to Dinamo in terms of class, however, the Macedonians have already had match practice in the tournament, so there is no easy walk for the favourites. We believe the favourite will have a difficult win in a low-scoring match.
