KMC vs Singida BS Prediction: Both teams will be pleased with a point apiece

After failing in their attempt to leapfrog Coastal Union in the fourth spot, KMC are presented with another opportunity to reduce the deficit when they face off against a Singida BS at the Azam Complex on Thursday. Both teams are in dire need of the maximum points as the hosts must win to stand a chance of playing continental football, while the visitors are fighting to remain in the league. 

Last five games: WLDLL

The home team have been below par in 2024, heading here with just two wins since the beginning of the year. 

KMC march here with another disappointing loss on their ground against Azam. It was a great game, but they lack the end product. They have one twice over their last six games, which happened to be against a struggling side in the division. 

KMC have drawn six, lost twice, and won six games at home this season, scoring nineteen while conceding seventeen times.

The guests head here with a share of the spoils against JKT Tanzania. After their recent results, Singida Fountain Gate are now four points above the relegation zone. They were on the verge of securing the maximum points on the road until Nicholas Gyan put the ball in his own net. They have been impressive lately but must do even better to finish in the top half of the table. 

Singida BS have now played fourteen games with just two wins and can't afford to drop points here. Singida BS have won four, lost seven, and drawn three away from home this season. 

Over their previous seven meetings, Singida Fountain Gate have won twice, while KMC have won three and two games ending in a tie. Singida Fountain Gate are four points above the relegation zone following their share of the spoils on the road against JKT Tanzania. They’ll at least come for a point against the hosts, who hardly lose against teams below them. 

We don’t think the hosts can make the top four again this season after their recent run, and they’d rather protect their home record. Both teams will be pleased with a point for 2.88.

We expect both teams to get a goal apiece for 2.11.

This game might end in a halftime share of the spoils for 1.82.
