Girona vs Mallorca Prediction: Girona continues to surprise

On 4 May 2023, Girona will face Mallorca in the 33rd round of the Spanish football championship at the Stadio Municipal de Montilivi.

Girona is a fantastic team that finished only sixth in Segunda last season but qualified for La Liga through the playoffs and is now just outside the Eurocup competitions in Spain's elite division. Girona continues to surprise with excellent results. In the last two rounds, they beat Real Madrid and Sevilla by two goals, and they have not lost a point in three games in a row at home. In the upcoming fixture, the Catalans will play against Mallorca, who have lost seven of their previous nine away games. Furthermore, the Islanders should have beaten Athletic in the last round, but they were awarded a ridiculous last-minute penalty that resulted in them losing two points. This setback can break them down, which the Red and Whites will take advantage of, and you can bet on Girona to win.
