Cadiz vs Real Madrid Prediction: Expect a productive game

Prediction for the La Liga match between Cadiz and Real Madrid, which will take place on April 15. Check the team conditions and choose several betting options.

Cadiz is having a good season by their standards. The main task for the Yellow and Blue is to maintain their place in the Spanish top flight, which they are doing very well so far. Furthermore, they are in decent form, as evidenced by their recent results. In the previous six rounds, they suffered only one 0:2 defeat at Sevilla, three draws, and won 1:0 and 2:0 against Rayo Vallecano and Betis, respectively. Such a solid run helped Cadiz move up to 14th place in the league table, giving them a four-point lead away from the relegation zone, which is particularly important.

Real Madrid has failed in the current Spanish Primera Division. It has long been understood that their chances of becoming champions were slim and, following their defeat by Barcelona, the chances came very close to nil. The team beat 6:0 at home to Valladolid but lost 2:3 to Villarreal last time. They are now second, 13 points behind the leader, with Atletico Madrid CF two points behind. Fortunately, they are doing well in the other two competitions: they reached the Spanish Cup final, where they will face Osasuna, and they beat Chelsea 2:0 in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final.

For Real Madrid, the match against Cadiz is midway between their two meetings in the Champions League quarter-final against Chelsea. Indeed, the Madrid side won't be playing phenomenally at Nuevo Mirandilla - the European competition is much more important to them now. Still, they should be able to pick up three points without the pressure and even with their squad turnover. The Blue Yellows had a good run that got them away from the relegation zone, and therefore they won't be fiercely attacking their opponents either. The home side is much stronger regarding skill, so we should bet on a Real Madrid win with a total over 1.5.

There is a good chance that Cadiz won't leave the field of their home stadium without a result in the upcoming clash. They have scored in their last two games against Real Madrid, and Sergio Gonzalez's side has been held scoreless only once in the previous eight meetings at the Nuevo Mirandilla. That said, Madrid also has a solid selection of players in their attacking line-up to crack the defense of their lower-ranked opponents. With that in mind, the best option for the prediction seems to be Both teams to Score - Yes, and separately we should bet on Karim Benzema's goal.
