Stellenbosch vs Cape Town City Prediction: Both teams will be pleased with a point apiece

Steve Barker’s men will strive to avoid back-to-back defeats when they host Cape Town City at the Athlone Stadium on Wednesday. The hosts have won three consecutive games against the guests and are yet to taste defeat in seven meetings. 

The Stellies began their league journey with a (0-2) loss on their ground. After resting some of their key players for their matchup against AS VITA in the CAF Confederation Cup, the guests took advantage and scored twice after the break. 

Stellenbosch, who ended their campaign in third spot, will be poised to take advantage of their home support to see off a robust Cape Town City side tomorrow. Over their previous ten meetings, Stellenbosch have won seven and shared the spoils once, while Cape Town City have managed two victories.
