Sileks vs Rabotnicki Prediction: Interesting duel at the top of the table

Rabotnicki have been waiting for a title since 2014, the last three seasons they finished in eighth place, but this time they are determined to return to the European stage after a break of six years. The start of the season was marked by a sensational and, above all, embarrassing defeat for Rabotnicki in the Cup of Macedonia, against the third league team, but since then everything started to work for the former four-time champion. After 11 rounds, Rabotnicki are the only one without defeat in the First Macedonian Football League and with 23 points are in first place. The team from Debar Maalo has the lowest number of goals conceded, only four, which is enough for the top, even though they were not overly efficient and scored 13 goals in the 11 matches so far. They achieved six wins and five draws, and in the last five rounds, they conceded only one goal, against Shkupi at home, in a 2-1 victory.

Both teams are playing great, and are the most pleasant surprises in the league. Sileks at home are always a tough opponent, and I think that it’s maybe time for Rabotnicki to taste the defeat for the first time this season in the league, in Kratovo. I don’t expect a very attractive match, in their last 5 matches only once the final result was over 2.5 goals, and only once both teams scored. Looking at the teams and their statements, it’s obvious that neither of them will play very offensively and a draw is reasonable result for these teams.
