Samartex vs Nsoatreman Prediction: This game will be decided after the regular time

On Saturday, the Ghanaian Premier League champions, FC Samartex 1999, will square off against Nsoatreman FC at the TNA Stadium. The guests won the FA Cup last season, defeating Bofoakwa Tano in the final. They’ll be determined to get the better of their opponent, who have been magnificent in recent games. 

The home side, who were promoted in the 2023 season, secured the Betway Premier League last season. Samartex were extremely good and took advantage of the top guns with a terrible campaign.

Samartex have played twice this new season, winning both games in the CAF Champions League qualifying round. They have invested heavily during the summer, and they’ll be keen to defend their title.

The guests wrapped up their campaign in fifth place last season, picking up fifty points from thirty-four games. Nsoatreman had a decent season and could have made the top four if not for their poor start to the season.

They were the FA Cup winners last season, giving them the automatic ticket to playing continental football. Nsoatreman won their first preliminary qualifying round against Elect Sports on (5-0) aggregate. 

Both teams have won two games apiece over their previous four meetings. The host team have made some impressive moves in the transfer window which I think will see them perform at their best this campaign. However, they face off against a resilient Nsoatreman who have also had a decent start to the season. I think both teams will settle for a stalemate here since the game will be played on neutral ground.
