Royal Vision vs Musongati Prediction: Musongati to resume their title chase with a win

In week ten of the Burundi Primus League, Royal Vision will play Musongati. Heading into this game, both teams could not pick a win in their last league game. Will there be a winner in this one?

Royal Vision settled for a 1-1 draw with Le Messager Ngozi the previous time out and will hope for a win here. However, taking a look at the home side's recent matches, they have lost two games, coming against Kayanza and Bumamuru, both on the road. With wins over Olympic Star and Amasipiri, Royal Vision have extended their standings, with nine points from nine matches this season.

Musongati suffered a defeat at the hands of Rukinzo the previous time out and will look to respond here, an encounter that ended 0-1. In the meantime, Musongati had a run of matches without defeat prior to that loss, a run that extended to eight. However, Musongati have the second most points accumulated this season, 18, the same as third-placed Bumamuru. In nine matches this season, Musongati have scored 21 goals while conceding 4 in the same run. 

Royal Vision have shown great improvement in their recent performances, but they are not at the top level yet. While Musongati shockingly struggled against Rukinzo, I expect a perfect response from them this time. The two teams, without doubt, should have their chances, but Musongati are a good offensive side and should be able to take advantage of weak Royal Vision’s defense.
