Red Bull Salzburg vs Hartberg Prediction: Expect a winner in this game this time

Red Bull Arena Salzburg will host the Austria Bundesliga League encounter between Red Bull Salzburg and Hartberg. These two teams met last weekend and settled for a draw. Will there be a winner in this one?

Red Bull Salzburg settled for a 1-1 draw in the first leg of this game last week. In that encounter, Red Bull Salzburg had 57 per cent of the possession and attempted 24 shots with only six on goal. However, having taken the lead in the 37th minute through Moussa Kounfolo Yeo’s strike, the VAR disallowed it as offside. In the meantime, Red Bull Salzburg scored again through Nicola Capaldo's strike, which was not enough to seal maximum points for them after conceding in the second half. Heading into this game, Red Bull Salzburg have failed to win any of their last four games, losing three and drawing one.

Hartberg played Red Bull Salzburg the previous weekend, settling for a 1-1 draw. In that game, Hartberg had 43 per cent of the possession, attempted two shots and converted the only one that was on goal. Going behind before the break, Youba Diarra struck for Hartberg in the 70th minute, ending their losing streak of three games. However, Hartberg have not won any of their last five games, losing to First Vienna, Austria Vienna, and Sturm Graz in that run while drawing LASK Linz. This season, Hartberg have accumulated 17 points, being two points behind Red Bull Salzburg in the standings. 

Red Bull Salzburg have been an incredible side for a long time, but they have struggled so much this season. However, Hartberg have not been impressive either, but their performance in the first leg of this fixture is worth giving praise. However, at home, I expect things to change in this fixture, with the two teams playing so well defensively. Yet, I do not think Red Bull Salzburg will drop points, as a 2-0 win for the host is a good option.
