Portimonense vs Boavista Prediction: The duel of equals

Two teams without much quality and experience in their ranks Portimonense is a good ascending team. Тhe new owner really put the money and effort to build a good squad, Portimonense now has been staying and holding up in the first Portuguese league. Boavista on the other hand still need to see how they are going to be this season but they were never good in away matches. Boavista, the giant from Porto who again has financial problems and a rather undefined playing staff.

The main problem of these clubs is the lack of money. The «reinforcements» that arrived are exclusively free players and loans, and the quality is quite debatable because they are football players from clubs that have already been relegated from Primeira.

The home team has a chance this season to be the most pleasant surprise in the league. The avoided relegation last season and now their appetite is grown. They had very good pre-season and I think they can continue with their good games at least on home ground.

The visitors have bigger history and many successes but in the past several years they are struggling to keep their place in the top rank. As last season and this one they will probably fight to avoid relegation and if we judge by the pre-season matches it will be difficult for them.
