Police FC vs Kampala City Prediction: Visiting KCCA will edge to winning ways

Week 14 action in the Uganda Premier League will see Police FC play Kampala City at Kavumba Recreation Center. Both teams settled for a 1-1 draw in their last meeting in this venue. Will there be a winner in this one? Below, I will provide match previews and make predictions. 

Police FC took on Maroons the previous time out and suffered a defeat. In a game that ended 1-2, Police FC saw an early six-minute lead from Isaac Ogwang's strike overturned by their opponent to take maximum points. 

However, prior encounters to their last league game saw Police FC go unbeaten in six matches. In that run, Police FC drew NEC FC, Lugazi, UPDF, and SC Villa while picking wins over Wakiso Giants and Mbale Heroes. In their last matches, Police FC scored eight goals while conceding seven. Kampala City have consistently shown they are not ready to compete, but they are also difficult to write off. While Police FC are at home and have shown they are tough to beat, I believe they face a tough job against a Kampala City side they have failed to defeat lately. With the two teams struggling in defence, I feel this game has the potential to involve goals, and I will rely on it. Also, Kampala City seems to need this game more as they look to return to the league title conversation, and I will give them back to win.
