Mutondo Stars vs FC MUZA Prediction: Visitors will not end on the losing end

Levy Mwanawasa Stadium will host the week 12 Zambia Super League encounter between Mutondo Stars and FC MUZA. In their two meetings, FC MUZA pulled consecutive victories. Can the Mutondo Stars pick their first win in this fixture?

Mutondo Stars' last encounter was against Power Dynamos, and they lost. In a game that ended 1-0, Salulani Phiri’s lone strike in the 49th minute was the difference, giving them maximum points. However, Mutondo Stars have failed to win any of their last three league games, losing to Green Buffaloes while settling for a 1-1 draw with Zanaco. This season, Mutondo Stars have 16 points from a possible 33, leaving them seated 10th in the standings.

FC MUZA will hope to secure another league win following a 2-1 victory over Lumwana Radiants. Mutondo Stars have been incredible this season, but their last performances have been below par. While FC MUZA's level of play have dropped so much, playing on the road is also another issue they will have to deal with. While the visitors seem to understand this fixture, I expect them to do well in avoiding a defeat. This should be a tough fixture, though, but FC MUZA should be able to take a point at full-time, an encounter that should end with few goals.
