Malkia vs Al-Muharraq Prediction: The visiting team will not disappoint

In round 2 of the Bahrain Premier League, Malkia will play Al-Muharraq at Khalifa Sports City Stadium. Heading into this game, the two teams started their season with a win. How will this encounter end?

Malkia had a very good start to their promotion to the top-flight league and will look to keep things going. Malkia played East Riffa in the opening game, securing a 1-2 win on the road. In fact, Malkia had to come from behind to take maximum points in that game, thanks to second-half strikes from Issa Abd Al Wahab Al Berri and Odah Marshall. Heading into this game, Malkia has an overall record of five unbeaten matches, where they won four. 

Al-Muharraq started their season against Al-Shabbab at home the previous week and secured a 3-0 win. In that game, Al-Muharraq took a 1-0 lead just 13 minutes into the game but then scored twice in the second half to take maximum points. In the meantime, their previous encounters to that opening win saw Al-Muharraq lose one and draw three matches, scoring six and conceding seven goals. 

This is a tough decision, looking at the two teams’ level of play. With Malkia starting the season strong, Al-Muharraq's level of play is also top-notch. While the two teams are doing well at the moment, I expect them to be able to find the back of the net, especially with their past meeting results. Also, with Al Muharraq having a very good league experience, a win for them looks undeniable.
