Cremonese vs Milan Prediction: The reigning champion won't have an easy time in Cremona

Milan beat La Spezia to clinch second place in the Serie A standings. Will the Italian side be able to maintain their winning spirit when they face Cremonese on the road?

In the previous fixture, they visited Salernitana and managed to score but again failed to win. Cremonese was 1:2 down, but Ciofani managed to level the scores in the closing stages. Cremonese is unbeaten in 13 rounds (2:2). They sit in the 19th place in the table, 3 points behind the 17th place.

The last leg against La Spezia was a tough encounter for Milan. Milan kept it 1:1 until the end of the match when Olivier Giroud scored (2:1). Milan once again showed their mettle as champions, picking up a win. Stefano Pioli's side is now sitting second in the table, six points behind leader Napoli.

The previous round's match against La Spezia showed how confident AC Milan is today. However, regardless of how difficult and frustrating the encounter is for the Rossoneri, they never lose control and pull it off as a rule. Milan is unlikely to lose in the game against Cremonese, either. Furthermore, their opponents haven't made any progress in Serie A in 13 games. The defending champion is unlikely to have an easy time at Cremona, but they will likely take the following three points from their opponents.
