Wolfsburg vs Borussia Mönchengladbach: Wolves not to win again?

The centerpiece of Saturday's Bundesliga seventh-round pool will take place in Wolfsburg, where the local team will take on Borussia Mönchengladbach. Borussia has not had the best start to the season, however, the Colts should definitely not be underestimated. Moreover, we still consider Borussia a contender for a place in the Champions League zone, and therefore a direct competitor of Wolfsburg.

It is logical to assume that the Green and Whites will have problems in the upcoming game against Borussia. Moreover, after the international break, Wolfsburg won only one match out of five, against the newcomer to the German elite and the weakest team in the Bundesliga, Greuter Fürth.

Unlike the Wolves, Borussia is completely focused on domestic tournaments. The Colts took a long time to get going and finally did it, going by two wins in the last three rounds of the Bundesliga. Last weekend, the team had a narrow defeat over an extremely troublesome opponent, Dortmund. However, the BVB played without two leading players, Haaland and Reus, and it, of course, helped the Colts to win. Despite beating this team, Mönchengladbach is still only 11th in the Bundesliga standings, which means that Hütter's team needs points and goes to Wolfsburg for a positive result.
