Metz FC vs Lorient Prediction: Both sides want to take the risk

Two teams to maintain a very consistent poor form in the league recently are Metz FC and Lorient. Metz FC have not been the same since their 3:2 win over Lorient back in November last year. Since then they have lost 6 league matches in a row. And for Lorient, they won their last league game against Stade Rennes back in October and since then they have failed to win in 10 matches in a row.

Imran Louza, Ayman Kari and Mohamed Bamba scored 3 goals for Lorient, while Emmanuel Sabbi scored Le Havre’s opener and Andrew Ayew bagged a brace to end the game as a draw. Lorient were in the shooting mood as they were able to get 6 shots on target, however they had only 43% possession and 1 corner kick.

Lorient remains at the bottom of the table with 13 points in 19 matches played.

Despite the poor form of both clubs, I anticipated a very fascinating clash between Lorient and Metz FC. Both clubs will take the risks of going all out for a win and hope it pays off.
