Lyon vs Auxerre Prediction: the Lions Leave No Chance for Their Opponent

Lyon and Auxerre approach their encounter with seven points each, which is surprising. After all, the hosts are the elite of French soccer, although they are experiencing bad times, and the visitors have just returned to Ligue 1. However, the Lions are in the upcoming game and have a much more powerful squad. The home field advantage speaks for them: Peter Bosz's charges have won both matches in their arena. 

Lyon and Auxerre can impress us with high performance. In the three games, the Lions scored ten goals (3.33 on average), and the Blue and Whites had 13 goals in four games (3.25 on average). In this case, both teams do not hesitate to play offensively, so they often make mistakes in defense, but even then, they do not go backward.

Lyon has a great offense this season: Karl Toko Ekambi and Moussa Dembele are still dangerous. Alexandre Lacazette finally returned from Arsenal, and the most productive is still young striker Tete. After moving from Shakhtar, he joined the team last season, making two goals and five assists in nine games. Now he looks even more effective, scoring three goals in three games.
