Manchester City vs Manchester United Prediction: Two Manchester representatives meet

The Manchester derby for the FA Cup starts on 3 June. Manchester City is the favourite at the famous Wembley Stadium, having had a remarkable second leg in the English Premier League and securing the league title. The Red Devils are back on top form after a bit of a matchday crisis, but Erik ten Hag's side are regarded as the clear underdogs for the upcoming game.

The Mancunians finished the season in third place thanks to excellent home performance statistics, while the Devils' away form can be noted as a negative component. MU has a trophy in this campaign - a 2:0 win over Newcastle and the English League Cup title.

Two Manchester representatives will meet in the final for the first time in FA Cup history. Naturally, the Red Devils have the edge in the number of trophies in this prestigious tournament. Manchester City currently dominates, with their level of play vastly superior to Ten Hague's squad. There will be no underestimation of the opposition and no rotation of the team from the nominal home side; the meeting with Inter for the Champions League will occur one week after the derby. In addition, City lost to United at Old Trafford in this EPL campaign.

In the upcoming game, we can expect a solid attacking performance from Man City and dangerous counterattacks from the Devils. Guardiola won't make the mistake of the last loss against Man Utd this time.
