Rotherham United vs Burnley Prediction: Burnley have been phenomenal this season

Rotherham United is set to host Burnley on Tuesday at New York Stadium. Who will come out on top after 90 minutes? 

After a 2-0 home defeat to Luton Town on Saturday, Rotherham United face Tuesday's game in the midst of the relegation battle. They have collected 45 points from 41 matches, leaving them in 18th place, just three points clear of the danger zone. Last season, they secured promotion by finishing second in League One, so avoiding relegation this season would be considered a success. However, with just one win in their last six matches, they are not in good form and will be facing the league's top team. Despite having picked up 29 points from their 20 home games, Rotherham will be up against Burnley, who have the best away record in the division, having secured 40 points from their 20 matches on the road.

They have also been unbeaten in the Championship since the beginning of November, highlighting the difficult challenge facing Rotherham in Tuesday's game. Although Burnley were relegated from the Premier League last season, they have made an impressive return, and it will be interesting to see how they perform next season under manager Kompany's leadership.
