West Bromwich Albion suffered a setback in the 2024-25 Championship campaign when it had six games without a loss, losing three on the trot. The club then managed to garner only one point from two consecutive matches played at home before the international break. On October 1, Middlesbrough earned all three points thanks to a winning goal from Hayden Hackney in the second half of the match at The Hawthorns. Four days later, West Brom did not care to test their luck as a match against Millwall remained scoreless.

From being part of a string of poor results following, West Brom has been relegated to the fourth position of Championship standings. However, they are only two points behind the two teams leading at the moment - Sunderland and Sheffield United. This summer saw some key players lost for the team, but one player with a good number of assists is Tom Fellows, who made five assists for West Brom.
