Bristol suffered a rough start under the management of Nigel Pearson as they lost in the opening game against Hull City by 2-1. Robbins again lost their 2nd game against Sunderland at home by 3-2 after all the hard work done by Wiemann and Chris Martin.
Wiemann continued his good form and put City ahead in the first five minutes against Wigan Athletic, but Will Keane’s equalizer in the second half ended the game as a draw. Bristol secured its first win in the last game against Luton Town by 2-0. Nakhi Wells and Tommy Conway were the stars of this victory.
This win will surely boost their confidence and Bristol will now look to make it two in a row.

Following the defeat against Reading by 2-1, Cardiff bounced back again in the previous game against Birmingham and secure the win by 1-0. Jaden Philogene Bidace scored the only goal for Cardiff in the first half.
