São Paulo vs Nacional Prediction: The Brazilians are the favorites

Zubeldía's team dropped to sixth place in the table and is eight behind leader Botafogo. The Paulistas will now focus on the Copa Libertadores and their victory over Nacional. The club has won the competition three times in its history and aims to lift the trophy again.

The Decano drew 3-3 away to River Plate in the opening round of the Torneo Clausura. Ferreira and Lanza suffered nasty injuries in the derby with Palmeiras and won't be playing anytime soon. São Paulo is the favorite to advance to the quarter-finals but must demonstrate it on the pitch. The Uruguayans are very tough and won't make it easy. A draw at the end of the match will take the game to penalties, as there is no extra time. I'm backing the Brazilians to win.
