Changchun Yatai vs Dalian Pro Prediction: Changchun is not an easy team to handle

The Chinese Super League started slow this year, with Covid restrictions and other hiccups along the way. One team that is undoubtedly happy to be back is Dalian pro. Coming from relegation, the team is set to up the ante and perhaps reveal a new form for the upcoming matches.

This would have to be the case considering Changchun is not an easy team to handle. Sitting at number 3 on the Chinese Super League table, Yatai won’t be easy to beat. Additionally, Changchun boasts 4 points on the table, with Dalian holding on with 1 point. 

In terms of form, Dalian is doing quite well for a team out of relegation. Their stats almost match those of Changchun. They have won 2 and drawn in 2 of their five previous games. They lost one game to CHR while home, and have scored 9 goals while only conceding 5. With both teams scoring in 3/5 of these games, Dalian seems set to take on Changchun. 

This team’s stats mirror those of Dalian; with 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. Out of these games, Changchun managed 6 goals and conceded 4. With Yatai’s wins and draws both home and away, it is also a versatile team. This means it won’t be easy for Dalian to break them, considering they will be home. 

On more important stats, let’s see how these two fair together. Unlike several other teams, they have a fairly even scoreboard when they face off. Ten previous head-to-head games have realized 5 wins for Changchun, and 3 for their opposition.
