BUL vs Express Prediction: Both teams are playing at the same level

Lugazi FC Stadium will host week nine of the Uganda Premier League encounter between BUL and Express. Heading into this game, both teams have the same points after the first eight games of the season. Will either side go top in the standings?

BUL are coming off a goalless draw against Mbale Heroes and will hope to get a winning result here. In the meantime, this team has not lost any of their last four league games. In that run, this team defeated Airtel Kitara, URA SC, and Bright Stars. However, from a possible 24 points this season, BUL have 12, leaving them seated 5th in the standings.

Express played Villa last time out in the league and put off a 1-0 win. In that game, Joseph Zziwa’s strike was all this team needed to take maximum points, having settled for a draw at halftime. However, prior to that win, this team failed to win three consecutive games, losing to Lugazi and drawing the Police and Wakiso Giants. This season, Express have accumulated 12 points, scoring seven goals and conceding eight. 

I do not see BUL having things easy in this game, and Express could pull off a shocking performance. While their last meetings have ended in close scores, with BUL winning only once, Express level have also been at the top level. The two teams will surely have their chances, and I will not write them off either. While the focus should be on attacking play, a bet on goals is a good option to consider in this encounter, while a draw settles things at full-time.
