RB Bragantino vs Juventude Prediction: Red Bull will be looking to bounce back from last round's defeat

Bragantino lost 2-1 at home to Atlético-MG after leading the scoreboard. The Miners turned the game around just before half-time in two minutes when the Bragança Paulista team lost concentration. The Massa Bruta will play again at the Nabizão in the upcoming round and must not waste the three points. 

Bragantino is in 7th place in the table in a competition marked once again by the balance between the teams. Last year, Red Bull stayed in the top four almost until the end, finishing in sixth place. The club missed out on qualification for the Copa Libertadores group stage by losing to Botafogo. Bragantino aims to enter the biggest club competition in South America, so it must finish the Brasileirão in the top six or win the Copa do Brasil. That's why the Massa Bruta can't lose points at home to the smaller clubs. Only victory matters against Juventude.

The Gaúchos couldn't do better than to draw at home to Vitória in the last round. Rodrigo Sam opened the scoring for the home side after a corner kick in the 34th minute, but 8 minutes later, the Baianos equalized through Willian Oliveira, whose shot hit the bar and the back of unlucky goalkeeper Gabriel. Juventude tried for a second goal in the second half but failed to create clear-cut chances. Roger Machado's team occupies a quiet 12th place in the table. If the Brasileirão ended now, the club from Caxias do Sul would qualify for the Copa Sudamericana, which would be excellent.

Bragantino is the favorite for this game but has to be careful, as Juventude is currently comfortable at the table and will play without any pressure. Red Bull lost 2-1 at home to Atlético Mineiro and will be looking to bounce back from that defeat. The Bragança Paulista side won't be able to count on marksman Sasha, who saw a red card in the last game, but still, my bet is for the home team to win.
